Actually two winners will be awarded in this voting:
– the best animation of the last season
and
– the best new animation of the last season.

Excluded are:
– productions that did not air at minimum 50% of their episodes between July 1st, 2012 and June 30th, 2013 because they ended, were canceled or pause this season (for example The Life & Times of Tim [HBO], Unsupervised [FX], Ugly Americans [CC], The Boondocks [swim], Mary Shelley’s Frankenhole [swim] or Beavis and Butthead [MTV]),
– productions that underperformed in this competition (Almost Naked Animals [YTV], Out There [IFC], Squidbillies [swim], Black Dynamite [swim], China, IL [swim], Regular Show [CN] and others),
– productions that didn’t air enough episodes/minutes (Dark Minions [a]),
– productions that aren’t targeted at an adult viewership (Adventure Time [nick], SpongeBob SquarePants [nick], Phineas and Ferb [disney] and others).
