Actually two winners will be awarded in this voting:
– the best comedy of the last season
and
– the best new comedy of the last season.

– productions that did not air at minimum 50% of their episodes between July 1st, 2012 and June 30th, 2013 because they ended, were canceled or pause this season (for example Eastbound & Down [HBO], Curb Your Enthusiasm [HBO], Good God [HBO], The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret [IFC], Danger 5 [SBS], Eagleheart [swim], The IT-Crowd [4], Episodes [SHO]),
