Actually two winners will be awarded in this voting:
– the best dramedy of the last season
and
– the best new dramedy of the last season.

Excluded are:
– productions that did not air at minimum 50% of their episodes between July 1st, 2012 and June 30th, 2013 because they ended, were canceled or pause this season
– productions that underperformed in this competition
– productions that didn’t air enough episodes/minutes
– productions that are considered mini-series and
– productions with a bigger “series” than “serial” dramaturgy
